Christos Niaros Workshops, Saturday 10th October 2026

The two workshops will take place from 12-2pm and 3-5pm. For those attending both sessions, there will be a one hour break between 2-3pm.

Water and hot drinks will be available at the studio. We’ll also provide a snack during the break. If you wish to eat lunch during the break, we recommend bringing food with you. Whilst there is a lovely cafe in the Botanical Gardens, turnaround time for food and drinks can be slow during peak times

What do I need for the workshop?

Please arrive wearing suitable fitness clothing. Please do not wear garments with zips, buttons and rivets as these can damage the apparatus. For the same reason, please don’t wear any jewellery (including belly button rings), and avoid wearing heavy make-up or strong perfume.

Socks must be worn in the studio at all times.

Please bring water and a fitness towel if you wish. (No other drinks or food can be brought into the studio.)

How do I find the studio?

Our address is 85 Clarkehouse Road, Sheffield S10 2LG. Based a 5 minute drive from the city centre, we’re close to the University of Sheffield and Sheffield’s beautiful Botanical Gardens.

There are two parking spaces on the driveway (please park in the two on the left) and lots of on-street metered parking on surrounding streets.

Here's a link to Google Maps for directions.

“I've been doing Pilates classes at Breathe for a couple of years. Really friendly and non-intimidating teachers, I fitted straight in as a complete newbie with a natural loathing of any sort of exercise class. I feel immensely better for my regular Pilates fix - I'm more strong and flexible now in my 50s than I was in my 30s.”
